Returns & Exchanges – Terms & Conditions.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email our Customer Services Department at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately so that we can arrange an exchange or a refund at your convenience. Although we hope that you are delighted with your order, we understand that sometimes you will wish to return some items. Please email us at email@example.com and let us know and post the item back within 7 days of receipt of the goods. The return address will be printed on your packing slip and on your order confirmation email, where we will gladly offer you an exchange, refund or credit note, provided the item is undamaged.
In the unlikely event that you change your mind about your order after ordering the product, please email our Customer Services Department at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
Please wrap the items very securely and use insured registered delivery, keeping the receipt in case of any damage in transit. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Refunds will only be given on items returned in original packaging and a re-saleable condition.
All overseas orders will be refunded in Sterling. Anecdotes Design cannot be held responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates and consequent loss of currency as a result. We would ask our customers to consider this before placing any overseas orders.
